As part of the Authority Magazine series on “How extremely busy executives make time to be great parents,” Dr. Ely Weinschneider interviewed CEO Jamie Diaferia about the importance of spending time with kids.
In the article, Jamie explains how over the course of his two-decade career in PR he has maintained an active presence in his daughter’s life. The piece explores why it can be detrimental to a child’s development if a parent is not involved and discusses how to stay “fully present” in a child’s life – despite the many deadlines and demands for attention that exist.
