Infinite announces today that it has appointed Eric Wiedeke as Head of Talent, a newly created position to strengthen the firm’s people strategy and global growth ambitions. Prior to joining Infinite, Eric was a senior vice president of talent for a New York City-based integrated marketing communication agency. During his career, he has served as a trusted advisor to executive teams, aligned the talent and business functions, developed scalable workforce plans, and supported cultural transformations during periods of rapid change. At Infinite, Eric will oversee global talent strategy and operations, with a focus on aligning people initiatives with business needs. “Infinite has reached a critical juncture that requires the skills and expertise Eric has building high-performing teams and guiding organizations through rapid growth,” said Infinite CEO Jamie Diaferia. “He will be instrumental as we expand our service offerings and invest in the people and culture that define our firm.” Eric added, “Infinite’s momentum and commitment to excellence make this an exciting time to join the team. I am looking forward to partnering with colleagues across the US and UK to support our people, strengthen our culture, and build the talent capabilities that will drive the firm’s next chapter.” Eric’s arrival follows a period of significant expansion for Infinite, including the addition of senior leaders across its US and UK offices and a strategic investment from Park South Ventures last year.
