Reputational risk rises amidst contentious Covid-19 employment disputes
As the Covid-19 lockdown and coming recession continues to deepen, organisations globally are being forced to make difficult decisions about how they manage their operations and employees in the short and longer term. Against this backdrop, senior leadership and HR professionals should expect to see rising numbers of employment claims stemming from the critical decisions being made around furloughing, redundancies, reassignment, promotions, remuneration and more.
