About Lavinia

Lavinia leads group-wide marketing and business development strategy and execution for Infinite Global, with a focus on international growth, service innovation, and client experience.

With a broad and diverse base of commercial experience acquired in the fintech, media, professional services, and hi-tech sectors, Lavinia has held executive leadership roles in the United States, Japan, Australia and New Zealand spanning multinational public companies, high growth SaaS technology companies, start-ups, and professional services – three of which have been C-level strategy, marketing, and business development positions.

During a 15-year tenure with Reuters, the world’s largest multimedia news and information company, Lavinia helped grow the company’s media business across Asia Pacific, and globally. Highlights included leading a team that won multimillion dollar investment support to establish online editorial operations in Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, China, India, and Australia, and launching a range of syndicated multimedia news products in multiple Asian languages. She latterly shared worldwide commercial responsibility for the company’s media business unit which included leading the strategy and development of its first ‘direct to consumer’ channel (reuters.com).

Most recently, Lavinia spearheaded the global go-to-market strategy and growth of a business unit at Intapp – a NASDAQ-listed global leader in SaaS software solutions for professional and financial services. As general manager, she oversaw integration of three acquisitions and led a cross-functional team of over 200 people spanning pre-sales, sales, marketing, product, engineering, client success and support. She was also executive sponsor of the company’s Chief Marketing and Business Development Advisory Board, and co-executive sponsor of Intapp’s Women’s Interest Network (WIN).

Lavinia regularly writes and presents on industry topics and trends relating to the intersection of marketing, business development, and technology. She is based in New York City.
