PODCAST: How is thought leadership evolving and adding value?
April 6, 2020 • 3 minute read
Professional services and advisory firms are becoming increasingly sophisticated when it comes to creating insightful thought leadership campaigns for their various audiences. Many firms are moving away from well-known tried and tested formats that focus solely on market data and the ‘thud factor’ of a physical report.
To explore how organizations are embracing an increasingly omni-channel approach to thought leadership and realizing the medium’s increasing potential as a measurable business development tool, we sat down with Lewis Woodward, a former partner at EY. Lewis led the Global Communications & Engagement function at the firm and was also involved in a number of leading thought leadership initiatives as Global Chief Marketing Officer for its Assurance practice.
In addition, this episode looks closely at how professional services firms can avoid common mistakes and pitfalls that can undermine the effectiveness of high quality campaigns, the emergence of agile ‘snackable’ thought leadership and how best to ‘activate’ content.
