To create a buzz around Mount Anvil’s development “The Loxfords”  as prime residential housing in Islington, London.

Solution

We portrayed the development as the perfect choice for the style-conscious London buyer seeking a centrally-located property. We embarked on a sustained media relations programme which made the most of the site’s rich history (a former children’s home and Action for Children’s headquarters), as well as its unique architecture and interiors. We arranged public and community events, as well as press viewings on site, to reinforce the theme of a village within the city and to plant the development firmly within the identity of the area.

Outcome

The development sold out in record time and Mount Anvil was delighted to be able to deliver a cheque for £3million to children’s charity Action for Children. The campaign bolstered Mount Anvil’s reputation as a leading London property developer.
