Knocking it out of the park for an IP market maker

Brief

A market maker for technology patents tapped Infinite Global to raise brand awareness of the company and to help differentiate it from competitors. The company’s leadership wanted to be seen as experts on patent monetization, patent licensing (strategy, planning and execution) as well as intellectual property strategy.

Approach

Infinite Global created a strategy focused on positioning the company’s top management among business, legal, venture capital, intellectual property and technology media. Specifically, we researched and created messaging platforms and media themes; developed a media database of relevant top-tier media targets; created editorial calendars for ongoing media outreach; and leveraged our media relationships to arrange targeted top-tier media briefings.

Outcome

We exceeded all media target objectives set at the beginning of the program.
