July 15, 2020 • 1 minute read
Infinite Global has again been recognized by Chambers & Partners as a leading provider of Litigation PR services.
The agency has been ranked strongly in both the US and the UK in Chambers’ recently released 2020 edition. Infinite Global has been included each year since Chambers began its Litigation Support ranking category in 2018.
Chambers & Partners acknowledged Infinite Global’s ‘proven track record’ in handling ‘significant and high profile matters’.
Infinite Global founder and CEO Jamie Diaferia (New York) was recognized individually as a notable practitioner (Band 3) for his handling of several complex cases, including the international exposure surrounding US citizen Scott Hapgood facing manslaughter charges in the Caribbean – a case which garnered the intervention of President Donald Trump.
Director Peter Barrett (London), who heads Infinite Global’s Crisis and Litigation services in the UK, was also recognized as a notable practitioner, in Band 4. One client attested that “Peter has been first class – it’s been a very good relationship. He’s responsive, engaging and challenging. Peter provides the substance in recommending how to act and what strategy to follow.”
Infinite Global’s experienced team of litigation and crisis specialists are based across the agency’s offices in San Francisco, New York and London. The testimonies given to Chambers by several anonymized clients speak to the high-quality work the agency has undertaken over the last 12 months:
- “I value tremendously that they don’t just react when there is a crisis happening but they also know how to navigate a situation before it blows up and prevent it from happening in the first place. They know how to keep something contained and they offer terrific advice.” (US client)
- “Infinite Global were far and away the best firm we worked with. They were the most strategic, had real relationships in the market and were familiar with law firms and corporations. They had a slightly different approach – it wasn’t just bog-standard media relations.” (UK client)
- “What makes them a go-to firm is that they seamlessly integrate with our team and the client’s. A crisis can be very traumatic, but they come in at whatever point and manage personalities by being calm, level-headed and pushing back on ideas that they know are not good.” (US client)
- “They knew of issues straight off the bat, and they had an ability to distil quite significant issues through a clear strategy. They have a process-driven approach, which gave us confidence. The strategy was very tailored to our problem and got into the heart of issues.” (UK client)
Chambers & Partners’ comprehensive guide provides in-depth coverage of 10 categories of litigation support services in the U.S., UK, Asia-Pacific and other global regions, serving as a resource for lawyers, GCs and private clients tackling complex disputes.
