Going global for a tech-fuelled training provider

The client is one of the world’s leading providers of technology-powered ethics and compliance learning solutions. As its business continued to rapidly evolve and expand, the company also sought to broaden its international media footprint to support a now firmly global growth trajectory.

Solution

Our engagement began by leading all communications and media activity related to a major global acquisition which significantly expanded the company’s presence across Europe and Asia.

On the back of the deal announcement, we designed and led an on-going media relations program supported by an international coalition of agencies in key strategic international markets – including Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, France and Germany – in order to broaden the company’s global media footprint beyond just the United States and United Kingdom. More specifically, Infinite Global served as global lead agency of record and led our partner agency network to:

  • Amplify several major pieces of thought leadership, including their flagship global annual research report
  • Plan and implement a media launch event and press briefing in Tokyo attended by local and Japan-based international media outlets​
  • Establish a new and significant media presence in Singapore, including top-tier national and broadcast media coverage​

Outcome

Since commencing our partnership, our relationship has continued to expand as the needs of the fast-growing business continued to evolve. The first year of partnership resulted in more than 200 media opportunities being delivered, high-value trade and national coverage secured around the globe, and a total media footprint of more than 2,630 media mentions.
