The core of our support is focused on delivering an on-going program of brand-building communications and PR activity – as well as robust thought leadership – designed to raise profile for this highly complex, multi-billion dollar business at the forefront of the industry.
Over the years, we have played a key role in helping them to navigate the communications challenges associated with major product launches, brand and name changes, product retirements and consolidating their footing against aggressive competitors. More recently, we were enlisted to support the business through a major period of transformational change and a complete restructuring of its global business.
Working hand-in-hand with the client, we provided a comprehensive communications and media strategy to the business which aimed to ‘bring to life’ its future vision for customers and commentators alike, and to fill the information vacuum which had been created during an extended period of transition and disruption.
By consolidating and bringing clarity to its messaging, the business was able to go on the ‘front foot’ in terms of both customer communication and wider media engagement. Overall the on-going media program has yielded more than 100 pieces of high-impact strategic media coverage annually, including a robust pipeline of new customer win announcements and other key pieces of newsflow which project momentum into the marketplace.
