About Kelsey
Kelsey Eidbo advises professional services firms on strategic media initiatives that support their business development goals. As one of Infinite Global’s crisis communications professionals, Kelsey helps firms create proactive crisis communications plans to mitigate reputational risk and advises on communications strategies in response to crisis situations.
Based in our San Francisco office, Kelsey leads several account teams across a number of professional services sectors including finance, consulting, legal, cybersecurity and investigations. She secures coverage for clients in key industry trade publications, as well as leading financial and business media including The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, The Financial Times, The New York Times and more.
Kelsey also leads the intake and development process for Infinite Global’s crisis communications playbooks. She works with clients to develop the policies, processes and communications necessary for immediate response to a range of potential business interruption scenarios, from data breaches to leadership transitions to litigation, among many others. With Kelsey’s help, companies have a clear understanding of how to communicate with stakeholders in the event of a crisis.
Kelsey received her bachelor’s degree in journalism with a focus on news editorial from California State University, Chico.
